Dive Boat

All diving activities for the project were carried out from the privately owned ‘Tusker II’ (shown below), a Storebro 34 Workboat. This type of boat was developed in conjunction with the Swedish Royal Navy.  It boasts a large deck with an hydraulic crane and more unusually, a hydraulically operated transom that folds down allowing easy access to and from the sea. These excellent work boats are used in a variety of roles including police, coast guard, harbour service and pilot launch.
